Kate is an AHRI certified People & Culture professional with extensive experience in all areas of human resource management and organisational change – gained within corporate, government and not for profit sectors.
She has operational, generalist and strategic HR experience in employee and industrial relations, workforce planning, reward and recognition, health, safety and wellbeing, and workplace culture.
Kate also has experience in project management, quality, continual improvement, business processing and risk management.
Kate applies her high level of emotional intelligence to develop, coach and support people to achieve outcomes, and thinks creatively to manage people in a mature, positive and proactive manner.
