Nicki is an experienced people leader with a strong background in leadership, HR business partnering, organisational change and employee engagement across community and acute health sectors.

Nicki’s background and experience has seen her lead significant organisational change initiatives and teams to support organisations to succeed through their people. Her experience across developing capability and enhancing employee engagement is focussed on ensuring organisational effectiveness that ultimately leads to better outcomes for the clients and communities in which we serve. Nicki’s passion for supporting cultural change initiatives and coaching leaders is centred around increasing self-awareness so people can better lead themselves, and therefore others.
