Update on BHN’s Clarinda and Bentleigh sites
Better Health Network (BHN) is committed to our purpose of delivering accessible health and wellbeing services that meet the needs of our communities.
To continue providing care in the most effective way, we’ll be relocating the services based at our Clarinda and Bentleigh sites to other nearby BHN locations.
From Monday 5 January 2026:
- Services provided at Clarinda will move to our Parkdale site at 335 Nepean Hwy
- Services provided at Bentleigh will move to our Bentleigh East location at 2a Gardiners Rd.
The Clarinda and Bentleigh sites will be permanently closed from 3pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025.
The decision to bring together our services will ensure we can efficiently and sustainably continue to provide affordable, high-quality care for our community.
There will be no reduction in the services we deliver, and no loss of staff as part of these changes. All team members currently working at Clarinda and Bentleigh will continue their work across other BHN sites. No GP services are affected as part of this relocation.
Our sites at Parkdale and Bentleigh East – along with others in Chelsea, Prahran, St Kilda and South Melbourne – will continue to offer a wide range of health and wellbeing services for our community.
Minimising disruption to clients and the community is our highest priority. We are currently working with clients to support them through the smooth transition of service locations and ensure their support continues seamlessly.
