Working with us
At Better Health Network we are evolving – so we can better meet the needs of our communities as they evolve.
We’ve come through a significant period of change, strengthening our foundations to deliver high-quality, accessible care where it matters most.
Now, we’re focused on the future: building a workforce that reflects our values, supports our communities and delivers care in contemporary and sustainable ways.
We’re recruiting across Allied Health, Mental Health, Wellbeing, Disability, Oral Health and community-based programs.
These roles are essential so individuals, families and communities can access the right services at the right time.
Our people are at the heart of our organisation. That is why we’re investing in our workforce, growing capability, strengthening leadership and creating environments where our people feel supported, connected and empowered to make a difference.
At BHN you’re not just taking on a role, you’re contributing to healthier communities. Together we’re shaping a more responsive, inclusive and sustainable community health system.

Working with us
BHN supports people and families at different stages of life, working with communities to strengthen health and wellbeing.
We work across health, wellbeing and community services to respond to people’s needs in ways that are flexible and local. Our teams work together so that people can move between services more easily, without needing to navigate complex systems on their own.
Whether someone is seeking early support, ongoing care or help through a transition, we focus on making services easier to access, better connected and more responsive to what people need next.
