New free Community Health and Wellbeing Support Line
In response to the recent terror attack at Bondi Beach, we have launched a free Community Health & Wellbeing Support Line. Anyone in the community including the Jewish community can call 03 8644 3366 to access compassionate support.
If you’re feeling impacted, you don’t have to face it alone. Our team is here to listen, provide emotional support, and help you navigate the right services for your wellbeing. Referrals to Jewish community organisations are also available if you would like to access culturally specific support.
The support line is open to everyone in the bayside and southeast areas of Melbourne and offers access to mental health professionals, including counsellors, psychologists, family specialists, and registered nurses. Services are available through telehealth, face-to-face appointments, and outreach support, ensuring flexible options are available to suit you.
We are also offering secondary health and wellbeing consultations for other organisations, including aged care providers, local governments and private businesses.
To access the Health and Wellbeing Support Line please call 03 8644 3366, Monday to Friday from 9 am – 5 pm or email [email protected].
Please note: This is not a crisis service. For urgent support, contact Lifeline (24/7) on 13 11 14.
