David is an experienced senior ICT executive and qualified lawyer who has worked across the government, telecommunications, utilities, education, health and consulting industries.
He returns to the health sector with BHN after spending the early part of his career as a registered nurse specialising in perioperative nursing.
He has more than 20 years of executive management and consulting experience, working with companies such as RMIT University, City West Water, Deakin University, VicTrack, City of Boroondara and Manningham City Council.
David holds a Master of Business Administration, Juris Doctor (Post Graduate Law degree), Diploma of Applied Science (Nursing) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
