Samantha has extensive experience in the community services and government sectors, delivering programs that support families and children across all stages of life. Beginning her career as a psychologist, Samantha has spent the past two decades in executive management roles focused on strengthening local communities. She is currently the CEO of Glen Education, an Early Years Management organisation overseeing 23 community kindergartens, and serves as Deputy Chair of the Early Learning Association of Australia (ELAA).
Samantha is the Chair of the People and Culture Committee and a member of the Governance, Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
