Women’s Family Violence Counselling

We offer free and supportive counselling to women who have experienced family violence through our Women’s Family Violence Counselling program. Having extensive experience working in family violence, Women’s Counsellors understand the psychological, emotional and physical impacts that can result. Please note: we currently have limited capacity to deliver this service – our team will be able to provide more information on availability.

About Women’s Family Violence Counselling

Women aged 18 and over can receive free and confidential counselling for family violence. Strength-based client-centred approaches are used, informed by the following theories:

  • Developmental theory
  • Attachment theory
  • Trauma neurobiology.

Access Women’s Family Violence Counselling

Those who have experienced family violence can get access free and supportive counselling through the Women’s Counselling program. Please note: we currently have limited capacity to deliver this service – our team will be able to provide more information on availability. 

Cost

Counseling for women is free of charge.
