Dion leads high-performing teams and has successfully developed and implemented IT strategies that align with and exceed business performance goals. His expertise spans complex, multi-national environments, including significant experience managing IT operations through mergers and acquisitions — integrating systems, standardising platforms, and streamlining reporting structures.
Dion is a member of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee and the People and Culture Committee.
