Board Director
Richard is a healthcare consultant and experienced board member with a strong background in executive leadership across the health sector. His previous roles include Interim CEO of eFocus and IPC Community Health, Executive Officer of ANZCP, Transitional CEO at Eastern Melbourne PHN, and inaugural Victorian State Manager at AHPRA. He has also served as CEO of the Medical Practitioners Board of Victoria and General Manager of the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne. Richard has previously contributed his clinical governance expertise to Aged Care providers and to the Victorian Pharmacy Authority. Richard was formerly Chair – De La Salle College (DLS) Board of Directors; and subsequently Chair – DLS School Advisory Committee.
Richard is the Chair of the Quality and Safety Committee and a member of the People and Culture Committee.
