Our Reconciliation Action Plan
We’re thrilled to announce that BHN has officially commenced development of our inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) – starting with a Reflect RAP. This marks an important first step in our reconciliation journey, as we take the time to reflect, listen, learn, and lay the groundwork for meaningful, long-term action.
RAP Development Working Group
A dedicated RAP Development Working Group will guide the planning and development of the BHN RAP, with the goal of launching the RAP by 31 December 2025. It will include an external RAP consultant and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander BHN Staff, Volunteers and community members, and will report directly to the Executive Leadership Team.
Get Involved in Our RAP Journey!
We’re inviting expressions of interest from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members to join this Working Group and help shape this important work. Depending on the level of interest, we may ask you to provide further information or have an informal interview to participate.
Participant time will be remunerated in line with BHNs Community Participation and Engagement Policy.
Interested? Submit your Expression of Interest using this online form link by Monday 16 June 2025.
