With more than two decades of experience, Liz has led strategic transformation and operational excellence across complex service organisations. Her experience spans acute and community healthcare, aged care, disability services, and the government sector.
Throughout her career, Liz has successfully led sector reform initiatives, workforce development and organisational transformation programs, overseen organisational mergers, and delivered service reviews that improved efficiency and financial sustainability.
Her professional interests include strategic planning, performance analysis, clinical governance and change management.
Liz holds a Master of Business Administration, Graduate Diploma of Advanced Nursing (Management, Bachelor of Applied Science (Nursing) and has completed the Williamson Community Leadership Program.
