With more than 25 years of executive experience across public, private and not-for-profit health and human services, Andrea joined Better Health Network as CEO in December 2024.
Andrea has a wealth of experience, having previously served as CEO at Windana, where she led a merger, spearheaded a new strategic plan and drove key improvements to enhance client experience. Her leadership background spans executive roles in Australia and New Zealand, across public health, aged care, disability, rehabilitation and community health services.
Before joining Windana, Andrea was General Manager Disability, Early Years and Palliative Care at Melbourne City Mission, and prior to that, Chief Operating Officer at Spectrum MRC.
Andrea has also held executive and board director roles in Australia and New Zealand including in public health, aged care, disability, rehabilitation, hospital services and community health.
Andrea is a Fellow and Credentialed Health Executive (FACHSM CHE) with the Australasian College of Health Service Management, a Graduate of the Australasian Institute of Clinical Governance (AICGG), and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD). She holds postgraduate qualifications in Health Service Management, Rehabilitation, and Women’s Studies.
