Doris Whitmore is a values-driven executive and non-executive director with a distinguished career leading transformational change in the health sector. With over two decades of senior leadership experience—including CEO, COO, and CFO roles—she is recognised for improving access to healthcare for diverse and vulnerable communities, aligning strategy with the consumer voice, and delivering sustainable organisational growth.

A Fellow of CPA Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australia Institution of Clinical Governance, Doris brings deep expertise in corporate and clinical governance, financial stewardship, and people and culture leadership. She has influenced government policy, chaired major boards and committees, and led innovative programs addressing health inequity, particularly for First Nations peoples, children, and other high-needs populations. Known for her authenticity, strategic vision, and collaborative style, she builds strong teams, fosters high-performance cultures, and delivers measurable impact.

Doris is the Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee, and a member of the Governance, Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
