We would like to share an important update about your services at our Clarinda site.
From 5 January 2026, all services and programs currently provided at Clarinda will move to our Parkdale site at 335 Nepean Highway, Parkdale.
The site at Viney Street, Clarinda will be closed from 24 December.
This change will bring more of our services together at the Parkdale site so that we can continue to provide affordable, high-quality care for our community.
There are no changes to your services
You will continue to receive the same services you access now from our Parkdale location. You can also access services at other BHN locations if that is more convenient for you.
Supporting you with the move
Our team is committed to supporting you with the move to ensure the smooth transition of your care to the Parkdale site.
If you have your next appointment booked – there is no need to do anything. Our friendly team will be in touch to confirm the date, time and new location for your appointment.
If you don’t have your next appointment booked – please call our friendly Service Access team on 132 BHN (132 246) and choose option 3, then option 3 again. Call at the time advised by your clinician at your last appointment and we’ll book you in at your new location.
